We are looking for a structured and experienced SAP Supply Chain modules professional for our IT Service Delivery team working closely with other SAP functional experts and business/technical teams.

📍 The role is full-time, permanent and located in Turku or Tampere, Finland or Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden or Dublin, Ireland

Your Mission as a SAP  Functional Expert, Supply Chain:
In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders within the business and IT teams to drive solutions that innovates, simplifies, and supports ERP ecosystem within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions. You will be part of a global IT Delivery team with SAP functional leads, experts, architects, and other specialists from several domains.

SAP Functional Supply Chain expert will serve as an expert and contribute to different engagements in implementation programs and application management services.

You will have the responsibility for the SAP Supply Chain SCM solutions and you will collaborate with internal and external resources for both minor enhancements and project deliverables. You will review functional and technical design documentation for new functionalities.

Your daily responsibilities will  include:
You will be in a key role in enabling our business to maximize the value from our S/4 HANA transformation programs.

Collaborating with different stakeholders within the business and IT teams is in the core of this role. To be able to together drive solutions that innovates, simplifies, and supports ERP ecosystem within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions.
In more detailed you will..

  • Develop and implement solutions within a program. Program can be a wide program with high number of experts, or smaller initiatives.
  • To play a critical role in ensuring that the business requirements are fully understood and that solutions implemented meet business expectations. As well as supporting the BAU change processes of live sites.

  • Sourcing & Procurement, S&P
  • Warehouse Management, WM
  • Transportation Management, TM
  • Inbound/Outbound Logistics
  • Enable S/4 HANA and Supply Chain transformation covering end to end processes and connected systems (eg. Logility Voyager / SAP IBP / Blue Yonder / Pagero / Centiro)
  • IT Primary point of contact for the Process Owners, Solution Architects and key business stakeholders with responsibility for solution delivery of processes covering Sourcing & Procurement, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation Management
  • Ensure S/4 Hana core solution leverages standard best practice solutions as much as possible in order to promote one standard end to end solution.
  • Support project detailed design stages to ensure the integrity of the end-to-end solution is maintained contributing to Fit/Gap analysis to assess the value/ROI of any deviation from SAP standard.
  • Develop and enable relevant operational reporting requirements leveraging S/4 Hana capabilities.

      We hope you have a strong background working for larger organization, preferably in manufacturing industry (supply chain & logistics).

      You will bring with you a broad knowledge of SAP eco-system and have a deep functional understanding of the SCM solutions Inventory Management, Sourcing & Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and logistics processes.

      Experience of large-scale SAP implementation project (S/4HANA) is essential in this role. You are famialiar with Agile methods with a strong appetite for new technologies. Independent and self-directive approach is needed in these assignments.
