When we look for a suitable person for a company, we map out, together with the client, the contents of the role, the requirements in terms of professional expertise and a work persona that fits the work community. We look for candidates from Adecco’s job seeker database, start the search and publish an electronic job vacancy notice on many different channels. We interview the applicants that best meet the search criteria and test them when necessary through preliminary screening methods with Xpert Online tests (incl. language ability, IT skills). We then present the candidates selected in accordance with the jointly defined criteria to the client. After the client’s final person selection, we make an employment contract with the worker and take care of all employer obligations. The client company is responsible for familiarising the worker with the work role and the direction of work.
During the temporary work relationship, we’re there to support the worker and company all the time. We stay continuously in contact with both parties and take care of work safety for our part. We want to listen actively to, and understand, the client’s changing resourcing needs in order to find exactly the skilled people who will help the client company to succeed.
