Staffing provides a flexible solution for filling positions for which the client company is not in a position to hire their own employees. For the employee, it offers effective ways of finding work in different life situations and the opportunity to accumulate experience and expertise in various positions and workplaces. For the client company, it is a quick, convenient and flexible way of finding capable human resources for short- or long-term requirements. Staffing assignments can vary from temporary replacement for permanent employees on sick leave to project assignments lasting several years.
Staffing also contributes to a higher rate of employment in the economy, as many jobs might not get done if staffing services were not available. Adecco is authorised by the Private Employment Agencies' Association of Finland (hpl.fi), which guarantees that our employees and client companies receive reliable and responsible service from us under all circumstances.
When finding the right person for a client company, we work together with the client to determine the job contents, the required skills and qualifications and the type of personality needed. We search the Adecco database of applicants for suitable candidates and initiate a wider search by publishing an electronic job advertisement. We interview the candidates who best meet the requirements and, where necessary, use our Xpert Online pre-screening tests for language and IT skills, for example. We then present a shortlist of candidates to the client based on the criteria previously agreed upon. Once the client company makes its final decision, we conclude an employment contract with the employee and take care of all the employer's obligations. The client company is responsible for providing induction training for the employees and for managing their work.
