Outsourcing can help a company save capital, diversify risk and act faster than its competitors. By signing an outsourcing contract, a client company hands over the management of some of its internal operations, or the HR solutions for the entire unit, to Adecco.

We assume full responsibility for the outsourced operations, including quality and management. This allows the client company to focus on their core business.

A company can outsource operations such as their customer service, warehousing, IT support or event staffing to Adecco.

MSP (Managed Services Program)

The MSP solution can help a company to improve its business processes and boost its revenues. Adecco manages the allocation of human resources and all staffing service providers on the client company's behalf. We negotiate uniform prices and contracts, manage payment of invoices, assure quality and produce reports for the client company to use in re-evaluating and revising their human resource strategy.

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

Adecco's RPO service is a comprehensive solution for outsourcing the recruitment process or a contract to outsource part of the recruitment process.

The RPO solution covers the management of the entire recruitment process from advertising job opportunities to receiving applications, pre-screening candidates, interviews, presenting shortlisted candidates and, depending on the terms of the contract, the candidates' aptitude assessments.
