We want to ensure that all our member companies operate in accordance with Finnish legislation and the code of conduct for the sector. We therefore issue authorisation certificates for all member companies that have been operating within the sector for more than one year and meet the requirements set for the authorisation.
Authorised private employment agencies – guaranteed reliability
A certificate is only granted to member companies that meet the strict requirements set for granting the authorisation. The authorisation process highlights how companies observe employer obligations and operate in compliance with the code of conduct and recommendations for the sector. Authorised private employment agencies are monitored, for example, through on-site inspections.
Alongside HPL, a board of authorisation experts participates in granting authorisation certificates and monitoring authorised agencies. The Board includes representatives of employee and employer organisations and those of authorities.
The authorisation symbol is a sign of an authorised private employment agency.
